This website is owned and operated by current powerlifting female all-time world record holder April Mathis. This site is dedicated towards the sport of competitive powerlifting, strength training, and performing feats of strength once thought to be impossible. All proceeds go towards travel costs for myself and my training partners so that we may attend larger meets out-of-state or overseas that we could not otherwise afford, buying new equipment and powerlifting gear for our gym, and donating money for larger prizes to be given out at women's pro meets, as well as any meets we may hold.

I have over 7 years of experience in strength training, and the last 3 years of which has been spent competing in the sport of powerlifting. I hold the all-time raw (belt and wrist wraps only) world records in the squat: 615lbs., bench press: 415lbs., deadlift: 580lbs., and total: 1610lbs at 254lbs. bodyweight. I am the only female lifter to ever squat over 500lbs. and 600lbs. raw in competition, to bench press over 400lbs. raw in competition, to deadlift over 550lbs. raw in competition, and to total over 1400lbs., 1500lbs, and 1600lbs. raw in competition. My training lifts are currently well above these numbers, and I plan on breaking them substantially at a meet in the next few months. Please look through this website and see if you are interested in what I have to offer on the 'Training Programs' page. It is much cheaper than one session with a knowledgeable coach or trainer that can cost you $40-50 per hour.

Here you can find supplements, t-shirts, training equipment, powerlifting gear, etc. Everything on this page helps powerlifters at our gym or other powerlifters I know. This page is updated with new products weekly. Give back to people in the sport instead of anonymous large companies.
